Notting Hill Members’ Club – Cloud Twelve
A haven of wellness that’s also cool for kids
Baby raves will be part of the experience at Cloud Twelve, a new Notting Hill members’ club opening September 10, which focuses on lifestyle, family and wellness (individual membership starts at £1,200 per year; family membership from £2,000 per year). A crèche, magical forest-themed play zone, child-friendly café and parent lounge will set the scene along with music, art, cookery and science classes. Ballet, yoga and, yes, baby raves, are also on the timetable for the club’s cool kids.
Adults, meanwhile, can retreat to five wellness rooms offering both natural and “scientific” therapies including nutrition, herbal medicine, osteopathy, IV infusions, colonic irrigation and cryotherapy. The club, founded by herbalist, naturopath and former fund manager Jenya Emets, also has sauna and steam rooms, a Himalayan salt room and relaxation room alongside a couple’s suite with crystal (Dolomites quartz) treatment beds.
The pampering continues at the nine-seat hair salon, which will offer cut, colour and barber-style services using Aveda and American English vegan hair products. Guests can also enjoy manicures and pedicures by natural, cruelty-free brands Nailberry and Evo.
Organic wines and champagnes will accompany the organic, plant-based menus at the brasserie, while nutritional talks, cookery masterclasses and other beauty and wellbeing-related events will be available throughout the year.
